1.1. Nestlé Danmark A/S, Kay Fiskers Plads 10, 2300 København S, +45 80 300 100, www.nestle.dk, (the "Organizer") is the organizer of the campaign (the "Campaign").
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
2.1. Participants must be 18 years or older on the day of participation. Minor contributions will be automatically invalid, and the organizer reserves the right to withdraw any prize or deny participation without compensation.
2.2. Participants must reside in Denmark, Sweden, or Finland.
2.3. Employees of the organizer and their immediate family, as well as anyone professionally connected to the campaign, are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
3.1. The campaign is open for participation from September 23rd to October 4th, 2024.
3.2. To participate in the campaign, participants must go to the KitKat Nordic Instagram or Facebook page. Participation occurs through the announcement of the selection test. The organizer ensures that all participants meet the eligibility requirements.
3.3. You may participate multiple times. Entries from agents, third parties, organized groups, or those automatically generated via computer will not be accepted.
3.4. Entries that are vulgar, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for publication, or that constitute or encourage illegal activities, will be automatically disqualified.
PRIZES
4.1. There are a total of 9 prizes distributed as follows: 2x KitKat Suitcases, 2x KitKat Bean Bags, and 5x 1kg chocolate.
4.2. The total value of a prize is 1000 DKK.
4.3. Prizes are as described in these terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Personal income tax related to the value of the prize must be paid by the winner. It is the winner's responsibility to inform tax authorities and pay the tax before the due date.
4.4. Prizes are subject to availability, and the organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
WINNERS
5.1. The winners of the campaign will be randomly selected through spin the wheel on our website, kitkatnordic.com.
5.2. All decisions made by the organizer are final, binding, and cannot be discussed or appealed.
5.3. The organizer will contact the winners directly via a private message on email, but the organizer is not responsible for failed communication or errors beyond the organizer's reasonable control. The organizer will inform each winner of when and how the prize will be delivered.
5.4. If a potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason or is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, the organizer may select an alternative winner, who will be offered the prize without liability to the first potential winner.
PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The organizer may require participants to provide personal information as a condition for access to or participation in the campaign. This may include: full name, full address, country of residence, email address, phone number, age (or confirmation of being over 18 years). Other information may also be required.
6.2. Personal data submitted in connection with the campaign will only be used to manage and complete the campaign and will be deleted once the campaign and prize distribution have concluded. Participants can contact the organizer at any time to confirm or request correction or deletion of their personal data.
6.3. By participating in the campaign, the participant accepts the collection and processing of his/her personal data in accordance with what is stated in these terms and conditions.
GENERAL TERMS
7.1. If any aspect of this campaign cannot proceed as planned, the organizer may, at its own discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign or cancel any affected entries (this includes, without limitation, computer viruses, network errors, bugs, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper execution of the campaign).
7.2. The organizer reserves the right to correct errors resulting from the preparation and/or publication of these terms and conditions or other communications related to the campaign.
7.3. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to the organizer's decisions, which are final and binding concerning the campaign. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions and decisions may result in disqualification.
7.4. The organizer makes no warranties regarding the prizes.
7.5. The organizer is not responsible for financial losses (including indirect losses) of a participant or winner or for personal injury resulting from participation in this campaign or the receipt of a prize, except for statutory liability.
7.6. By participating, the participant irrevocably grants the organizer and its affiliated companies the right, free of charge and without compensation to the participant, to use the participation in marketing campaigns and any other commercial context.
